NoteSeal is provided by Samuel Hertz. The app’s license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You remain the author
NoteSeal helps clinicians draft progress notes. Generated text can be incomplete or incorrect. Review and correct every field, complete risk documentation yourself, and file your completed documentation in your practice’s record system.
Before you subscribe
A small number of successfully drafted notes are free before a subscription is required. Deleting a note or reinstalling the app does not reset the allowance. Manual notes do not use the allowance.
Two plans, the same access
- Monthly: $24.99 per month.
- Annual: $199.99 per year.
Both plans start with a seven-day free trial for eligible customers.
These are US prices. Apple shows your applicable price, trial eligibility, and billing terms before you confirm a purchase. Both plans provide unlimited note drafting while your subscription is active.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. After an eligible trial, the subscription renews at the price shown by Apple. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel your subscription with Apple, or use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your notes does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Restoring access
Use Restore purchases in NoteSeal while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. Access depends on the subscription status Apple verifies. An expired subscription does not delete your notes.
