Describe the session after it ends. NoteSeal drafts a DAP, SOAP, or BIRP note for you to review and correct. Risk documentation is entered by you through structured controls and is never generated. Mark the note reviewed, then copy or export it to your practice’s record system.

Transcription and drafting run on your device with Apple Intelligence. You control exports and deletion.
